Rabbi Ron grew up in the San Fernando Valley and attended California State University Northridge. He worked in banking before changing careers and pursuing his Rabbinic ordination from the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies at the American Jewish University in Los Angeles. Rabbi Ron interned at Beit T’Shuvah, a Jewish addiction recovery center and worked as Campus Rabbi at the Eisenberg Village campus of the LA Jewish Health (formerly LA Jewish Home of the Aging.)
