I wanted to share with the congregation that this morning I was at Navy Base Ventura County.  One of my projects has been to contact their Chaplaincy Unit and make known that CAH is in Ventura and able to offer Jewish support and worship for Jewish servicemen/women at NBVC.  In the course of conversations, they made known they very much need Jewish prayer books, Hebrew/English bibles and ritual items.  CAH shared some of our supply with the base and as you can see they were delighted to receive them all.  My thanks to our congregation for stepping up and being of service to those who serve our nation.
